By accessing or using CrossOdds ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CrossOdds is an informational tool that identifies potential arbitrage opportunities across prediction markets including Kalshi and Polymarket. CrossOdds does not execute trades on your behalf. All trading decisions are made solely by you.

3. No Financial Advice

The information provided by CrossOdds is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Prediction market trading involves risk, and you may lose money. Past arbitrage spreads do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

CrossOdds offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Accuracy of Data

CrossOdds aggregates data from third-party prediction markets. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that odds, prices, or spread calculations are error-free or up to date. Market conditions can change rapidly, and displayed opportunities may no longer be available by the time you act on them.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with other users' access to the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrossOdds and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
